Stonegate Investment Group LLC Acquires Stake in Vanguard Mega Cap Value ETF

Stonegate Investment Group LLC has recently made a new investment in the Vanguard Mega Cap Value ETF (NYSEARCA: MGV), according to reports from Holdings Channel.com. During the third quarter, the firm acquired 1,597 shares, amounting to an investment of approximately $205,000.

In addition to Stonegate, several other institutional investors and hedge funds have adjusted their positions in MGV. B. Riley Wealth Advisors Inc. increased its stake by 7.8% in the fourth quarter, now holding 5,996 shares valued at $656,000 after purchasing 433 additional shares in the last quarter. Other notable investments include &PARTNERS, which bought a new position worth around $428,000 during the first quarter, and Lane & Associates LLC, which also purchased a new stake valued at about $206,000.

Global Trust Asset Management LLC and Capital Planning LLC have similarly expanded their holdings, with the latter upping its position by 3.1% in the first quarter. Following additional purchases, Capital Planning LLC now owns 86,739 shares valued at $10,366,000.
