Bath Savings Trust Co Invests in iShares Core S&P Small-Cap ETF

Bath Savings Trust Co has recently made a significant move by acquiring a new stake in the iShares Core S&P Small-Cap ETF (NYSEARCA:IJR) during the fourth quarter of the previous year. This information was revealed in the latest 13F filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The institutional investor purchased 1,845 shares of this exchange-traded fund, with an estimated value of around $213,000.

In addition to Bath Savings Trust Co, several other institutional investors have also increased their stakes in the iShares Core S&P Small-Cap ETF. For instance, Stonehearth Capital Management LLC raised its holdings by 0.5% during the same quarter, bringing its total shares to 54,717, valued at $6,304,000 after an acquisition of 284 additional shares. Likewise, Bank of New Hampshire increased its position by 2.4%, now owning 3,727 shares worth approximately $429,000 after acquiring 88 more shares. Canandaigua National Bank & Trust Co. made a notable increase of 11.5% in its holdings, owning 3,269 shares valued at $377,000, following the purchase of 336 shares.

Iowa State Bank also raised its stake by 1.4% in the fourth quarter, and now possesses 123,739 shares valued at $14,257,000 after acquiring an additional 1,653 shares during the period. Another newcomer, Silverleafe Capital Partners LLC, made an investment in the fund worth about $227,000 in the same quarter.

Investors might find the current 50-day moving average at $120.71, while the 200-day moving average is at $115.84.
