International Assets Investment Management LLC Reduces Holdings in iShares S&P 500 Value ETF
On January 9th, 2025, it was reported that International Assets Investment Management LLC has significantly reduced its investment in the iShares S&P 500 Value ETF (NYSEARCA:IVE). According to their recent Form 13F filing with the SEC, the company has cut its stake by a remarkable 99.5% during the fourth quarter of 2024. After divesting 1,327,008 shares, the firm now holds only 6,552 shares, which are valued at approximately $1,245,000 as of the end of the last reporting period.
Additionally, other institutional investors and hedge funds have made adjustments to their holdings in the iShares S&P 500 Value ETF recently. Envestnet Asset Management Inc. increased its ownership by 3.5% in the second quarter, accumulating a total of 12,380,397 shares valued at around $2.25 billion after purchasing 420,007 additional shares. Similarly, LPL Financial LLC raised its stake by 4.9%, owning 4,258,617 shares, which are worth about $775 million after an additional buy of 200,427 shares.
Stifel Financial Corp also boosted its investments by 2.5% in the third quarter, bringing its total holdings to 2,488,560 shares valued at approximately $490.67 million, following the acquisition of 60,868 shares. PNC Financial Services Group Inc. and Huntington National Bank also reported increases in their holdings of IVE in the same quarter, showcasing a diverse range of activities among various investors.
